Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to the questions most often asked about professional cleaning in Belgium.
General questions
How much does window cleaning cost in Belgium?
Rates usually range from €20 to €55 per hour, or from about €4 per window pane, often with a minimum call-out fee. The fairest way is a free quote based on the number of windows, access and frequency.
Do you work for both individuals and businesses?
Yes. We serve private homes as well as offices, shops, horeca and professional premises, with one-off or recurring contracts.
How quickly can you intervene?
After your quote is approved we usually schedule within a few working days, and faster for urgent after-build clean-ups.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Kraainem and cover Flemish Brabant and the Brussels region: Wezembeek-Oppem, Zaventem, Tervuren, Overijse, Brussels and surroundings.
Window cleaning
How often should windows be cleaned?
For homes, 2–4 times a year keeps glass clear. City-centre offices often go monthly, while businesses in green areas may opt for quarterly visits.
Will there be streaks left behind?
No. We use professional techniques and the right products for each surface to deliver a streak-free finish.
Can you reach high or hard-to-access windows?
Yes. With pure-water poles and the right equipment we safely clean high, veranda and hard-to-reach glazing without ladders against the façade.
Solar panel cleaning
Does cleaning solar panels really increase output?
Yes. Dust, pollen, moss and bird droppings block sunlight; clean panels can produce up to 10% more electricity than dirty ones.
How often should solar panels be cleaned?
Usually once a year, ideally in spring. In leafy, rural or industrial areas, twice a year is recommended.
Is the cleaning safe for the panels?
Yes. We use pure (osmosis) water and soft brushes only — no chemicals, no abrasives, no scratches — with safe roof access.
After-build & contracts
What does after-build cleaning include?
Debris and waste removal, thorough dusting and vacuuming, cleaning of windows and glazed surfaces, degreasing and deep washing, plus disinfection of the spaces.
What VAT rate applies in Belgium?
Cleaning is invoiced at the standard 21% VAT rate. For works in immovable state, the VAT reverse-charge (co-contractor) rule may apply between businesses — we handle the invoicing correctly.
Do you handle paint, cement and glue residue?
Yes. After-build cleaning specifically targets paint, plaster, cement and glue residue on glass, floors and surfaces, with professional equipment.
Homes & businesses
Do you offer recurring cleaning contracts?
Yes. A regular contract is more economical than one-off visits and keeps your space consistently clean — weekly, biweekly or monthly.
Which premises do you clean?
Homes and apartments, offices and workspaces, shops, horeca, warehouses and industrial premises — tailored to each environment.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes. We work with responsible, effective products suited to each surface, for a clean and healthy environment.
